Thomas believes that self improvement, and especially positive affirmations should be available for free! He spent the last 30 years using them for himself, and achieving amazing results from them.

He personally went from a shy 17 year old to grow in confidence and character and become very successful in business too - both online and offline and in property and land acquisition.

He believes that we all hold the key to our own minds and that positive affirmations are a simple and effective way that we can all unlock the powers of our subconscious mind for personal advancement.

What Are Positive Affirmations?

Positive affirmations, in their most simplest form are purely statements which we say to ourselves to affirm something to be true.

So, Thomas got started saying affirmations for confidence and social skills - statements like " I am becoming more positive every day" and "I am a naturally confident and charismatic person".

The way it works is that the more you say them the more they build up within your subconscious mind and the more you start to believe them.

Eventually they simply become part of who you are - you believe them and they become true and you really do become more confident... or always find yourself on form in sports, or that you are totally focused on your education and your business.
