Lennar Hosts Exclusive Realtor Events

March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Jacksonville, FL (March 5, 2012)  - Gratitude was abundant and flowing as Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, hosted two exclusive luncheons for a combined total of 400 REALTORS® at Maggiano’s in the St. Johns Town Center and Hilltop Restaurant in Orange Park.  REALTORS® account for 78% of all sales for Lennar and the luncheon was their way of saying thank you for the much appreciated partnerships.

REALTORS® were treated to an elegant plated lunch served family style at Maggiano’s with everything from appetizers, salad, ravioli, baked ziti, chicken marsala to dessert, including homemade Tiramisu and strawberry drizzled cheesecake.

At Hilltop Restaurant, REALTORS® were exposed to an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere while dining on cheese trays and spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers, followed by chicken cordon-bleu, rice pilaf and grilled vegetables. After lunch, REALTORS® were invited to indulge their taste buds with chocolate moose and a chocolate fountain accompanied with assorted fruits for dipping.

Lennar was recently named Builder of the Year from NEFBA [Northeast Florida Builders Association] and voted the number one homebuilder in Jacksonville for customer satisfaction.  A slideshow played showcasing the award, plus a multitude of pictures from past REALTOR® events.  Guests had a wonderful time seeing themselves on the screen and it was clear to see that Lennar has placed a high value on maintaining relationships with REALTORS® .  It was a lucrative event to attend as Lennar awarded door prizes every fifteen minutes throughout the luncheon, including the grand prize of a much-coveted iPad 2.

Tom Daddario, the newly appointed Sales and Marketing Manager, addressed the audience and expressed gratitude in his return to working with Barbara Moore, President of the Lennar Jacksonville Division.  Tom will oversee the award-winning sales team and manage all sales efforts, as well as, work with the Marketing Department.
