Tom Peck graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. Tom's early professional experiences include coaching and mentoring at-risk youth in Clarinda, IA. He then turned these skills into a professional career as he now coaches, develops, and mentors young professionals to be the next executives of the company.
