SCVA  ANNUAL  LITERATURE  EXCHANGE

Ferndale – The Sullivan County Visitors Association invites you to join in the fun at our Annual Literature Exchange to be held on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, Hurd Road, Bethel, NY from 4-7 PM.

Attendees will participate in a tailgate exchange with member businesses in the parking lot near the Market Sheds at Bethel Woods.  A BBQ will also be available.  WVOS/WSUL will be on hand with a live remote broadcast.  This is a fantastic way to stock your brochure racks for the coming tourist season, network with other members and have a wonderful time.

The cost is as follows:  1 person free for member business; $10 for extra person of a member business and $20 per person for a non-member business.

This highlights the 29th Annual National Travel & Tourism Week   Travel is a broad and diverse industry employing a vast workforce, from airline and hotel employees to restaurant, attraction and retail workers.  Travel and tourism further supports employees in other industry sectors, such as construction, manufacturing and finance.

Travel is a force that can drive our nation’s economic recovery.  It is one of the healthiest sectors of our economy in terms of job creation and hiring on a local, state and national level.
