Inez Bracy Speaking at Orlando Women's Executive Council

April 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Inez Bracy, renowned Lifestyle Transitions Coach, empowerment speaker, author, and talk show host will be speaking at the Women’s Executive Council Wednesday, May 9th at 11:30 am at the University Club in downtown Orlando.

Inez will be addressing “Self-Care to Maximize Return on Investment.” The Women's Executive Council meets on the second Wednesday of each month (excluding December) at the University Club located at 150 E. Central Blvd. Orlando, FL 32801. Meetings are open to members and guests, however, non-members must register by noon on the Monday prior.

“I am excited to be involved with the Council,” Inez said. “I respect their work and I want to share with these women how taking care of yourself and addressing your needs results in greater happiness and prosperity in the long run.”

Inez has been featured on Lifetime TV and is a frequent guest on the Fox 4 “Morning Blend.” She is a columnist for several online magazines and newsletters and is the award-winning author of “Rejuvenate Your Life,” as well as co-author of several other books.

Among her many talents, Inez is a Lifestyle Transitions Coach, coaching boomer women to rejuvenate, reinvent and redefine their lives. She created SPICEY (Sassy-Phenomenal-Inspired-Classy-Empowered-Yummy) Woman, a system to support women learning to unleash their femininity and live the life they desire.
