Follow on Google News | Internet Marketing Trinity - The minimum any business should be doing to get noticed! There are three internet marekting tools every business owner should be doing to get noticed!
Start with the obvious, a Business Website. Your website is not a simple brochure where customers can get your phone number and address. Rather, it is a place where your customers will find the information they are looking for and should update often. Give your customers what they want AND give them a reason to come back again. Your second claim on the World Wide Web is to create a Facebook Fan Page. Yes, you will have to invest some time setting it up and maintaining it, but you’ll find it well worth the effort. Your Facebook Page offers you a way to connect with your customers and let them connect with you. Facebook also allows you to quickly disseminate information on sales, events, etc. in a way that your website cannot. Start here: https://www.facebook.com/ The final piece of my Internet Marketing Trinity is to create a Blog. Your blog is another way to connect with your current customers and to find new ones. On your blog, share information and expertise that relates back to your business. Some great ideas for blogs include Favorites, How To, DIY, What’s New and Tips. Find the one that makes the most sense for you and get blogging. I use WordPress http://wordpress.org but there are other free blogging sites available. Together, these three internet marketing tools can do so much more than just having one of them. In addition to reaching more customers and driving more traffic to your website, you will organically increase your SER (search engine results). When searching for a particular word or phrase, you increase your odds of being seen by having not one, not two, but three sites for them to find you at. And finally – don’t forget to cross promote.
