Holman Boiler Works Hires Industry Veteran as New Plant Manager

June 21, 2012 - PRLog -- DALLAS (June 21, 2012) – Holman Boiler Works, Inc. (Holman), one of the nation’s largest full-service boiler solutions providers, announced today that Ron Rounsaville was named Plant Manager of its Dallas headquarters. Rounsaville brings more than 40 years of manufacturing management experience to the position and will oversee planning, purchasing, production, shipping, receiving and inventory control.  As Plant Manager, Rounsaville will initially focus on continuous process improvement and achieving excellence in plant safety, product quality and on-time delivery.  He will report directly to John Marrinucci, President & CEO of Holman.

Prior to joining Holman, Rounsaville was the Director of Operations for Forney Corporation, where he was responsible for the construction, staffing and management of its Monterrey, Mexico plant.  He has experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Just-In-Time Production.  He also has an in-depth knowledge of code welding standards from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Welding Society (AWS), and has experience with the Association for Operations Management (APICS, formerly called the American Production and Inventory Control Society),
