The Fitness Factory is a private training studio located in Salem, NH.  This studio will give you the opportunity to train in a friendly, non-intimidating environment in order to help you reach your fitness goals.  We offer a variety of group training programs at affordable prices to accomodate your busy schedule and budget.  These programs include: Boxing Boot Camp, Cardio Circuit X-Training (CCXT), Boot Camp, and AB-Sanity.  If you would like a more personal touch we also offer one on one training packages at The Fitness Factory.  Each one on one session will include cardio, weight training and nutrition coaching for fast results!
