Cresa represents Shoutlet in Madison and Milwaukee

Aug. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison and Cresa Milwaukee represented Shoutlet for 18,645 square feet at 1 Erdman Place in Madison and 6,214 square feet of creative space at the Wirth and Hammel Stable Shops in Milwaukee’s historic Third Ward.  Shoutlet expects to add an additional 40-50 jobs at its Madison location over the next 18 months; the Milwaukee office, consisting primarily of software engineers, expects to hire between 10-20 employees.
