CCLP Worldwide granted Special Consultative Status with United Nations

Aug. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- At recently concluded substantive session of United Nations Economic and Social Council held at New York Head quarter of United Nations During July 2012 it was decided to confer Special Consultative status to Global Civil Society CCLP Worldwide which has been advocating Education for sustainability and Livelihood.
In the month of January 2012 NGO committee of United Nations has recommended consultative status to CCLP Worldwide and the said recommendation of NGO committee was duly adopted and ratified by ECOSOC Council.
CCLP Worldwide has become the first organization from Eastern India to have been granted this accreditation.
CCLP Worldwide is now eligible to appoint Special Representative to United Nations New York, Geneva and Vienna five each for each center.
