MacVicar was most recently Senior Vice President and Western Region Manager of KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Healthcare Finance Group, a leading provider of construction, mini-perm, acquisition, bridge and permanent financing to the healthcare and senior housing industry. He brings over 24 years of healthcare banking experience to the company and will bring vision and strategy as well as management of the organization for The Springs Living. “David MacVicar has made a significant and positive impact on senior housing on a national level.
