In November of last year the company was a victim of fraud which was perpetrated by a phony Investor Relations company out of Toronto Canada.  The fraudulent firm was paid shares of the company stock to raise the final stage funding for SIPP and to promote and brand SIPP on the open market.  The IR firm dumped the shares on the market which caused the share price to plummet from $1.90 to $.01.
