Sept. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Gounaris Denslow Abboud, Co. LPA is very excited to announce that it recently made a commitment to remain in the downtown Dayton area. Due to the firm’s growth, the attorneys carefully considered where they would move to expand their office. After careful consideration into the matter, the legal team decided to remain in the downtown Dayton area due to the convenience of the location for their clients as well as their dedication to the community – these were just a few of the many reasons that the firm desires to have a continued presence in the downtown area.

The firm signed a new multi-year lease; the renovations are taking place on the 20th floor of the First National Plaza tower which is located at 130 West Second Street. Gounaris Denslow Abboud, Co. LPA has an expected move in date of March 1, 2013. The new, larger space will enable the law firm to enjoy more space as it continues to improve for the benefit of its clients. Additionally, the convenient and centralized location continues to provide quick and easy access to the area courts, which is always important in the criminal law field.

Gounaris Denslow Abboud, Co. LPA is a criminal defense firm located in Dayton, Ohio. Nick’s father, George J. Antony Abboud is a partner at the firm and an accomplished academic scholar in his own right; he received a scholarship to the University of Dayton School of Law. After receiving his Juris Doctor, Mr. Abboud served as a City Prosecutor which gave him invaluable insight into how the prosecution thinks and acts. Upon leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, he launched a successful law career as one of Miami Valley’s premier DUI and criminal defense attorneys. He has since been involved in numerous successful jury trials including a murder trial in which the jury found his client not guilty of Murder in the 1st Degree.

Jeremiah Denslow is a trial attorney that has litigated numerous cases in various courts throughout the state of Ohio. His early career began working for the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. As a prosecutor he handles all types of cases including juvenile delinquency, child protection and the most serious felony offenses. While serving as a prosecutor, he gained valuable experience in all aspects of courtroom procedure. Mr. Denslow is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers where he extensively trains on criminal defense tactics and he stays abreast of any recent developments in the field of criminal defense.
