SOLO Swiss heat treatment line for turned parts and high precision machined products

Nov. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- This SOLO Swiss line is designed for the heat treatment of turned parts and high precision machined products. It is equipped with an austenitizing, carburizing and carbonitriding bell furnace, with a working temperature up to 950°C, a quenching oil tank max. 100°C, a tempering furnace under N2 atmosphere upto 650°C, a washing machine with two tanks, a cryogenic tempering chamber from -100°C to +30°C, a motorized robot and an AXRON Swiss Technology process control and supervision www.axron.com. The useful loading dimensions are about 300 mm diameter, 600 mm height for a surface of 0,09 m2, a volume of 0,054 m3 and a maximum weight of a load about 80 kg.
