Nov. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Other than writing a book like the current book, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" to expose copyright theft, "Independent Artists", their families, and friends banning together against copyright theft is the ONLY way to end this hideous monster. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kru6CCxyiLQ&feature=relmfu

When Eddie Murphy, Heavy D, Universal Studios, Brian Grazer, Robert Ramsey, Matthew Stone, and Imagine Films Entertainment used Hudson's stage plays, "No Harm, No Foul" and "Bronx House" to create the hit movie, "LIFE", starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence without Hudson's authorization as stated in the book, Hudson went through all of the proper channels to protect his copyrighted plays ... only to end up: fighting his own attorneys at the Brooklyn Bar Association to get his case files back so he could continue fighting his case as a "Pro Se" Litigant(representing himself in court), have his second attorny and law firm cited by the magistrate judge for breaching his attorney/client priviledge, withstand 10 years of malicious attacks on his writing and credibility by their lawyers, prejudiced by federal judges who improperly refused to allow him to AMEND his lawsuit and improperly DENIED him the right to CONDUCT DISCOVERY among other illegal acts, totally dismissed by politicians he sought out for help, and ignored by law enforcment agencies such as the FBI and DOJ (Department of Justice). Oh! ... And not to mention, he was (without provocation) told by the "copyright office" of the United States that his "copyright certificate for his play, 'No Harm, No Foul' was halted" (meaning he did not own or have a valid copyright certificate) in spite of the fact that a copy of his certificate had been issued years ago and was attached to his lawsuit. As if this was not enough ... he recieved no responses from the Dramatis Guild of America ("DGA") of which he was a member at the time and his subpeona to the Writers Guild of America ("WGA") for the records of Robert Ramsey and Matthew Stone was never answered; which is illegal. All of these acts are highlighted in the book. http://www.poorpennyproductions.com/index/mn39597/Why_I_sued_Eddie_Murphy

"The true power to "End Copyright Theft" lies in the hands of the creators of the works, the artists; and it is the artists and artists alone who have the power to "Kill copyright Infringement", says Hudson.

"If we all ban together, identify all copyright thieves and refuse to support the works of ANY copyright thief ... copyright theft will come to a screeching halt! Also, If every victim of copyright theft writes a book about their experiences, the books will deal a devasting blow to the copyright theft industry".

Hudson strongly believes that not supporting copyright thieves will cut off the money and resources which will shut down rogue companies making it impossible for them to steal again. This action he believes will also cause movie stars and celebrities to run away from rogue companies and copyright thieves in fear of harming their own careers through "guilt by association" with copyright thieves.

"Every artist has the right to solicit their works without the fear of it being stolen and having no recourse to protect their works".

This bold little book, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" may well be the book credited for "The Revolution to End Copyright Infringement".

Armed with the knowledge and insight from this little "captivating book" alone is enought to put artists light years ahead of the pitfalls of copyright thieves and their conspirators. Now days if an artist work is stolen and they have to file a copyright suit, that artists can say to the lawyer, "I read 'Why I Sued Eddie Murphy' ... diied you"? In otherwords, the artist is saying, "I am well aware of the pitfalls of copyright thieves and their conspirators."

If you haven't read it yet ... read it now! Every artists should read it! And ... if this book is not on the book shelves of every library, college, university, and public school of law and government ... then all book shelves should be empty!"
