Actress Robin Givens Stars in Christian Tabernacle Church Christmas Production

Dec. 12, 2012 - PRLog -- What better way to enter into the holiday season than by seeing the story of Christmas told like never before?

Dr. James L. and Loretta Morman along with Christian Tabernacle Church present a rendition of Angels on Assignment 2.

People are encouraged to bring a friend or two and experience a winter wonderland with unexpected surprises.

Well-known veteran actress Robin Givens shares her talent for the second consecutive year starring as Mary, the mother of Christ. She has been seen on the big screen and in sitcoms, now she is captivating audiences in the Detroit-Metro
area in a role that will surely be added to her repertoire as one of the most rewarding.

Join in for holiday excitement during one of two shows: Saturday, December 15th or Sunday, December 16th. Both performances are at 6 o’clock p.m.

Doors open at 5 p.m. CTAB is located at 26555 Franklin Rd. in Southfield, MI.

Admission is FREE by ticket only. They are available in the church office Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Other familiar faces take the stage including native-Detroiter Carlos Faison who lends his acting talent in the role of Joseph. Featured in more than 20 stage productions, Faison has written, produced and shared the set with notables
such as Bruce Willis and Ryan Philippe.

“We’re adding a modern component this year by comparing Mary to a modern day woman. Don’t expect the same play as last year. This is bigger and better,” says Loretta Morman, one of the directors.

With a cast consisting of local stars, Hollywood greats, dancers and more, Angels on Assignment 2 is a phenomenal production sure to inspire many to spread love during this holiday season. The show is geared toward all ages. So, get ready for laughs, dancing and true worship.
