TiE Chennai’s to conduct Start-up Super Saturday — a Workshop for Entrepreneurs

March 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Start-up Super Saturday promises to inspire entrepreneurs and help them gain valuable insights on business planning and business management. The day-long event to be held on 2 March 2013, at IITM Research Park, Taramani will feature a host of interactive and informative sessions, which also includes a panel discussion with three ‘young and upcoming’ entrepreneurs who were recipients of the TiE Chennai Young Achiever and Startup Awards. The panellists will be sharing stories from their entrepreneurial journey and answer questions about their experiences during the session.

Other than the panel discussion the event will also include an unconferencing session that will allow participants to talk to the audience about their business plan and share their ideas and get the ‘people’s view’ on their venture. This session that works as a sounding board will help participants to really understand the psyche of their prospective customer-client base.

The event will also feature a discussion on CGTMSE schemes to give entrepreneurs an insider’s view on the various avenues available for business funding. From marketing to funding, to business ideation, Start-up Super Saturday will include a whole host of sessions that aims to give entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn, connect, interact and network with their peers and industry experts.
