Author Sharon E. Cathcart Participating in Read an eBook Week 2013

March 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Internationally published author Sharon E. Cathcart is participating in Read an eBook Week 2013.  For the fourth year in a row, Cathcart has made all of her Smashwords eBook titles free of charge.
