Follow on Google News | Capita Learning&Development announces new Master’s Programme in Internal Communication ManagementCapita Learning & Development has been running the Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Communication for over 13 years. Following the success of the Diploma programme, it has now introduced a master’s programme in Internal Communication Management.

This master’s programme has been specifically developed in recognition of the increasingly important role that internal communication plays in facilitating change within organisations. We will continue to deliver and design relevant training programmes for the UK market.’ This programme is appropriate for internal communication practitioners who are developing a more strategic approach and are seeking the depth of knowledge and flexibility of thinking that comes from an advanced qualification. Candidates should have significant experience in internal communications and be educated to degree level. An emphasis on workplace based learning means that participants can integrate study into their working lives. The programme combines short workshops with online learning and personal study. This ensures that time away from the office is minimised. A focus on group work helps build strong and lasting relationships with fellow professionals.
