To view the video, click on the link http://www.youtube.com/ Nas Khan, said; “Kia is a supporting Partner of this year’s Red Nose Day and our dealership in Washington has been pulling out all of the stops to raise as much money as possible through various fundraising activities. “As a charity organiser and fundraiser myself, I understand and appreciate how difficult it is to raise money let alone reach fundraising targets, which is one of the reasons I agreed to take part. “I have had very encouraging support from family, friends and staff. It all got a bit messy but at the end of the day it was fun and it has boosted the fundraising total which is fantastic and certainly makes it all worthwhile.” ASAP Plumbing and Heating from Springwell Village in Gateshead supplied and delivered the bath to the showroom for the managing director’s stunt for charity, while Makro store in Washington kindly donated three cases of baked beans and despite it being Ashleigh Gaunt’s day off from White Hair Design in Houghton-le- Comic Relief launched Red Nose Day in 1988. Over the years, money raised has been used to transform the lives of people in both the UK and across Africa.
