Jennings Ford scoops 17th award for outstanding customer service

STOCKTON ON TEES, U.K. - Oct. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Exceeding all levels of customer service throughout 2012 has resulted in the group’s Yarm Road dealership scooping Ford’s most prestigious Chairman’s Award.

The annual award involves Ford dealers nationwide competing against each other in order to secure a place in the award league.

Jennings Ford’s branch network across the region has been the recipient of the prestigious award on 17 separate occasions since 1994.

Whenever a customer purchases a new car from Jennings Ford, they automatically receive an independent questionnaire from Ford Motor Company regarding the level of service they received throughout the entire buying process at the dealership.

A presentation took place at the Stockton showroom where Nas Khan, managing director of Jennings Motor Group, presented Ray Riaz, general manager and sales controller, Lee Spence, with the award.

Nas Khan, said; “The Chairman’s Award is the most recognised award within the Ford industry and winning it is a credit to Ray, Lee and the sales team all of whom work exceptionally hard in order to deliver such high standards in customer service.

“We are absolutely delighted to have now won the award on 17 separate occasions across our Ford branch network in the region.

“It is also a credit to our loyal customers who have taken the time to fill in and return the questionnaire forms, which are assessed by Ford Motor Company and are in place to ensure individual dealers adhere to specific guidelines regarding customer service.”

Jennings Ford sells the entire new Ford model line-up, everything from the Ford Ka, Fiesta, Fiesta ST, Focus, Focus ST and Mondeo, to the C-Max, S-Max, B-Max, Galaxy and Kuga are available to test drive.

A service, bodyshop and parts department are also on site at the branch in Stockton, Teesside.
