Follow on Google News | Murder Mystery To Benefit Marine Life Center Adds Second Performance!MURDER “SEALS” THE DEAL Sold out on April 7 -- Adds April 8 Tickets Limited -- Order now
By: National Marine Life Center The $49 ticket price includes the show and a three-course meal (beverages extra), and takes place at Mezza Luna Restaurant, 253 Main Street, Buzzards Bay. Doors open at 7:30pm for an 8 o’clock start. In MURDER “SEALS” THE DEAL, veterinarian Luke Heller has a problem --a dead body in the seal tank, and a NOAA inspector on the way. He contacts his former flame, Detective Adrienne Foxx, to help solve the situation, along with animal care technician Teri and well-meaning, but spacey volunteer Joye. The play was created specifically for the event, inspired by the Marine Life Center’s mission and commitment -- but pushing some comic boundaries. Starring Paul Anastasio, Todd Yates Gosselin, Amie Lytle, Moira Powers, Lisa Smith, and Belinda Rubinstein, it’s a comic romp through a crisis at an underfunded marine life hospital. Seating is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance, either at the National Marine Life Center, or on their website, http://www.nmlc.org. About the National Marine Life Center The National Marine Life Center is an independent, non-profit 501(c) (3) rehabilitation and release hospital for the treatment of stranded sea turtles and seals, with future plans to expand to treat dolphins, porpoises, and small whales. Their emphasis is to educate the public about the needs and status of these important animals and their environment, and to research their health needs and threats in captivity and in the wild.
