NAPLES, Fla. - May 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Premier Commercial is pleased to announce the following transactions for Lee and Collier counties for the first quarter of 2013.

BB&T sold a 1,827 square foot convenience store at 4276 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte to Drasthi LLC for $350,000. Andrew DeSalvo , MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Seller.

Capital Bank sold a 3,955 square foot industrial condominium to Opera Naples, Inc. at 2408 Linwood Avenue, Naples for $160,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. brokered the transaction.

BB&T sold 52.54 acres of vacant agricultural land on State Road 80, Labelle to Dade, LLC for $525,400.  Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. brokered the transaction.

BB&T sold a 5,987 square foot industrial building at 25418 E Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda to John Scandiffio for $260,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Seller.

1951 J&C Blvd, LLC purchased a 5,000 square foot building at 1951 J&C Boulevard, Naples from VFC Properties 23, LLC for $325,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Buyer and Kevin M. Fitzgerald of NAI Southwest FL represented the Seller.

Double D Leasing, LLC purchased a 25,000 square foot retail plaza at 505 W Hickpochee Avenue, Labelle from Fifth Third Bank for $960,000. Naples Chiropractic Center, Inc. leased 1,950 square feet of medical office space at 1890 SW Health Parkway, Suite 204, Naples to Stephen W. Thompson, M.D. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the Landlord and Ed Boeder of Sperry Van Ness Real Estate, LLC represented the Tenant.

J.M. Beals Enterprises, Inc. leased 1,011 square feet of office space at 4061 Bonita Beach Road, Suite 105, Bonita Springs to Dr. William Kuzbyt. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. negotiated the lease.
