Palm Springs Rattan® Launches Retailer-Based Interactive Custom Replacement Cushion Program

WINTERVILLE, N.C. - May 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Quality indoor and outdoor wicker and rattan manufacturer, Palm Springs Rattan®, announces the launch of Perfect Fit®, an interactive custom replacement cushion design and order program available to casual furnishing retailers. Perfect Fit®, which is a proprietary program that can be emailed or installed via a disc at the retail level, enables consumers to custom order replacement cushions through an easy to follow guide.  Cushions are designed to customer specification and then ordered via email or fax to Palm Spring Rattan’s facility in Florida for production.

Twelve cushion designs are available in the program including sling pads, bench, dining and deep seating cushions. Additional options addressed within the program include fabric, seam style, welting, and thickness.   As a proprietary program, interested retailers can acquire the Perfect Fit® program through contacting a Palm Springs Rattan sales representative. The program is designed to be further customized to specifications of participating retailers with order forms built to include store contact information and logos as well as applicable pricing with desired margins.
