ELSA AND ME introduces Friday Fittings

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Sustainable women's workwear brand ELSA AND ME is excited to launch “Friday Fittings,” a Friday-only dress fitting event that will pop up at to-be-announced locations in the city starting May 10th.

Currently, the Brooklyn brand’s custom-made dresses and accessories are only available online or through by-appointment fittings. ELSA AND ME's founder and designer, Maja Svensson, desired a way to make the ELSA dress easily accessible to try in person and still maintain its exclusivity. From that idea, the “Friday Fitting” was born.

Customers who follow ELSA AND ME on its social media channels will be the first to know where the brand will pop up for fittings and will often be privy to on-the-spot secret shopping discounts.

Svensson has arranged ELSA AND ME’s next pop up to take place at organic salon Mauricio Hair May 17th from 10AM-12PM.

The elegance that garments by ELSA AND ME exude are molded after that portrayed by founder Maja Svensson’s Grandma Elsa. The made-to-order garments are hand-sewn in NYC's garment district using organic cotton twill fabric and  can be customized to fit any shape. There are two versions of the ELSA dress available, the original 3/4 sleeve ELSA and the recently launched sleeveless ELSA. The ELSA tie and both variations of the ELSA dress are available in eight colors: Dusty Black, Vanilla White, Midnight Blue, Power Red, Sunny Wheat, Sweet Potato, Butter Cream and Hibiscus. ELSA AND ME garments are sold exclusively online or through designated sales ambassadors. Garment recipients should allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.
