Established 2009 the group had their first public appearance early 2011
Camp Mulla’s music has its roots in hip hop, but infuses influences from different genres ranging from House/Electro, to R&B.
Camp Mulla’s much anticipated debut album – Funky Town –  is set for release August 2012 and includes 5 hit singles including the club banger – “Party Don’t Stop’.
Some of the major achievements of Camp Mulla include being the first East African artists to top charts on MTV Base, Trace TV and BET. The group recently scooped two award at the Chaguo la Teeniez  (CHAT) Awards Kenya’s premier youth awards.
An even more exciting moment was their nomination for the prestigious world famous BET Awards in the best International act  - Africa category. Although they did not win, the group is more than content to have been recognized internationally. The future is bright for these young stars.
