Novotel Century Hong Kong organized Charity Dining Etiquette Workshop with YMCA

June 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Novotel Century Hong Kong, in partnership with YMCA, has launched Dining Etiquette Workshop since 2009.  This year, the workshop took place at Novotel Century Hong Kong on Saturday, 1 June and it was in its fifth consecutive years.

In this one-day workshop, more than 50 children supported by YMCA learned the basic table manner and how to manage the difference between a soup spoon and a dessert fork. Besides the workshop, the whole afternoon was filled with fun, food and activities. The children enjoyed delicious lunch buffet after the workshop.

The management team of Novotel Century Hong Kong and YMCA came and greeted the participants at the event. All the participants had a great day.    

Commenting on the objective of hosting this party, Jerome Stubert, General Manager of Novotel Century Hong Kong said, “We always believe that we have our role and responsibility in supporting the community. It is hoped that we as hoteliers provide opportunities for our next generation to build these social skills.”  We do hope that this little effort will help tighten the relationship between the Hotel and the community.”
