PizzAmore’s 5th Year Birthday Bash: Giving Back to the Community!

MOUNT DORA, Fla. - June 6, 2013 - PRLog -- PizzAmore’ celebrates its birthday each year with a big Birthday Bash Celebration & Benefit: Giving Back to the Community. Now in its 5th year in business in Mount Dora, FL, PizzAmore’, once again is planning the benefit to support the local community.

“We’re celebrating our 5th Birthday at PizzAmoré and as many of our residents and local businesses know, we’re quite fond of giving back directly to our own community” said Leigh Love, President of PizzAmore’.  “There’s no better time than during this kind of celebration to give back. This year our recipient is "Friends of the Donnelly House”, a not-for-profit set up specifically for the preservation and maintenance of Mount Dora’s historic and iconic landmark building at On Donnelly near 5th Avenue. This Queen Anne structure, also known as the Mt. Dora Lodge No. 238 F&AM was built in 1893 by J.P. Donnelly, the town’s first major, is not only the city's corporate seal, but is the most photographed building in our historic downtown. And it's just one block from PizzAmore," said Jesse Thomas, Vice President.

At PizzAmore’s Annual Birthday Bash & Benefit, guests will enjoy a live musical performance featuring the popular Lake County, Florida musicians “Kadesh”, as well as entertainment for the whole family, including face painting and balloon art for the children.  

The highlight of PizzAmore’s Birthday Bash & Benefit is its Annual Raffle with prizes and gifts donated and made possible by the generosity of many of Mount Dora’s local businesses. These include:  Pure Aveda SalonSpa, Segway of Central Florida, Memories & Marvels, the historic Lakeside Inn, Designer Exchange of Mount Dora and many more.  

“This is one of the times our local community comes together to support its own and it's always so wonderful to be a part of such a giving group”, said Love.  100% of the raffle proceeds and a portion of PizzAmore’s event sales will go directly to the “Friends of the Donnelly House" non profit.
