International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers in Germany July 19-21, 2013

June 7, 2013 - PRLog -- The Earth Oasis Health Foundation and the Center for Sacred Studies announce the World Congress on Health, Consciousness and the Healing of the Earth to be held July 19–21, 2013 at Schwarzdwaldhalle in Karlsruhe, Germany.  The three-day Congress centers around the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers who will be traveling to Europe from their homelands all over the globe.  At this historic gathering, participants will have the opportunity to encounter these courageous, committed women whose wisdom and love has been transforming lives across the planet for nearly a decade.  

A sacred fire will be burning for the duration of the congress and participants are invited to join as each Grandmother offers prayers and rituals from her respective tradition.  There will be roundtable discussions, workshops and teachings on themes including Maintaining the Earth’s Balance Through Sacred Relations; Water as a Human Right; Embodying our Visions; the Power of Prayer-Reviving Traditional Ceremony and Sacred Song; Walking the Path of Our Ancestors-Our Medicine Ways.
