About the Author          

Set in his home state of Colorado, From a Dead Sleep is John A. Daly’s first novel. A business administration major at the University of Northern Colorado, Daly spent sixteen years working as a computer programmer before indulging a desire to express himself creatively. He launched his writing career writing newspaper editorials and film and television reviews for entertainment websites. In addition to completing his first novel, Daly writes political, cultural, and media analysis columns for the website of Bernard Goldberg, former CBSNews journalist and The New York Times bestselling author. Goldberg has described reading Daly’s work as “time well spent,” as Daly’s writing is both thoughtful and full of style.
