The Western Conference to be Organized on Labor Day Weekend in Los Angeles this Year

The Western Conference is world’s largest hip hop mixer convention that shows collaborations of large number of America’s music groups and solo artists. The event, which has established its reputation as the world’s best fashion show delivery, will include DJ’s, MC’s, vocal artists, musicians, comedians and boxers in the R&B, hip hop, funk, gospel/urban, soul krumping and performers from many other genres.
“We have decided to make The Western Conference event even bigger this time. That is why we have decided to organize it on the Labor Day weekend so that maximum number of musicians and dance groups can participate,” says the organizer of the event.
She also says that they have included certain strict norms for the media attending the event. Media will be allowed only for reporting, promoting and viewing purposes only and soliciting will not be allowed. “If any publication or company is found to be soliciting then it will considered as violation of rules and their representatives will not be allowed to attend.”
Participants can make reservations for private and VIP parties during the event. Those who are interested in entertaining friends or VIP guests while having the appearance of a pact environment can have their own guest lists and sell their tickets.  
According to an insider of the event organizers, many musical groups and artists are planning to host album release party during The Western Conference. He says, “This is a brilliant idea to release albums during the event because it will be marked by large number of fans, music lover and media.”
