Loryn Riggiola has joined the firm as a Partner. She has developed a specialty in representing clients from counseling through litigation and/or arbitration in disputes arising from construction projects and commercial matters.

She has serviced clients in the United States and abroad on a variety of matters, including the construction and operation of energy projects. Loryn also represents corporations and financial institutions in litigation involving complex commercial issues, including employment disputes, restrictive covenant and unfair competition litigation. She has handled litigation involving trademark, trade dress and palming off claims under the Lanham Act, together with insurance coverage issues. Loryn has participated in numerous bench and jury trials in both New York and New Jersey and has a diverse and active caseload. She is a past President of the Design Build Institute of America, NY-Tri-State Metro Area.
