Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists- New Medical Office Grand Opening

SAVANNAH, Ga. - July 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists, is excited to announce their new office in Hinesville, GA with the newest technologies such as the Alter-G Treadmill, Sound Wave Therapy, and a state of the art orthotic lab. “As a veteran I understand the harsh environments that a solider can find themselves in. We wanted to show our appreciation to the soldiers by providing them with a more comfortable space and also providing them some of the newest technologies such as the Alter- G Treadmill, Sound Wave Therapy, and a state of the art orthotic lab.” said Demon Thompson, CPED.  Thompson is a certified podorathist (CPED) for Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists and he is responsible for all the casting of orthotics for the practice. He has been with Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists for 6 years. “My overall goal is to support the troops and for them to benefit from our new office.”

Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialistswill be providing five larger patients rooms compared to the three small rooms they had in their old location. The new office will feature Ultra- Sound, Digital X-Ray, and the Q-10 Laser.

By providing patients with the newest technologies patients will receive advanced medical treatment. Patients will be able to receive all the services needed for their foot or ankle without having to go else- where. This allows Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists to be a one stop shop.  

“The reason we relocated to our new office is primarily twofold. One, the logistics of our old location could not handle our patient volume. The new office has substantially greater rooms, more treatment areas, and significantly more parking. Two, the accommodations are state of the art, which we feel is consistent with our practice mindset and philosophy. Plus, it has that new office smell.” said Dr. Melissa Robitaille. Dr. Melissa Robitaille is the owner and the top podiatrist at Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists.

Dr. Melissa Robitaille has owned and continued to grow the practice for ten years. Opening its door in 2003, Atlantic Foot and Ankle Specialists has quickly grown into the largest podiatry practice headquartered in southeast Georgia. With office locations in Hardeeville, Savannah, Hinesville, Claxton, and Statesboro the practice employs over 40 individuals.
