New Management Promotion at Signature in Cherry Hill, NJ

Aug. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Signature is one of the leading marketing firms in the South Jersey Area. We specialize in direct marketing and public relations for Fortune 500 Clients in the Philadelphia/South Jersey Region. Here at Signature, we offer a management training program for our current employees that puts our candidates in a position of running one of newest campaigns. We just had our lastest promotion to management two weeks ago with Ashley Knouse.

Ashley Knouse started in our program in January of 2013. She is from York, PA and Graduated from York College of PA with a Bachelors in Marketing. Her first job out of college for two years was as an intern at Polk Lepson Research Group. She wanted an opportunity for growth and expansion, so she looked else-where for a position. She was hired here at Signature as an account manager and has progressed into a Management position in less than 7 months. She has learned how to "effectively communicate products and services to the marketplace for our clients." She has also learned at Signature "how to manage a team of professionals and the meaning of hard work and dedication."

Ashley goals at Signature are to cross-train on the other campaigns we have at our firm and learn to run one of the programs here. Within the next five years, she would like to travel internationally, own a house overseas, and put herself in a position to help those who dont have the means to support themselves.

Signature recognizes her as one of the fastest growing and most successful managers we have seen come through our program. Her dedication and will to succeed has made our environment more exciting and has helped us grow one of our major campaigns faster than what we had expected. Ashley will be helping us with teaching, training, and developement of our new employees.
