Warrior Appreciation Virtual Race on Sociercise Announces Top Prize of Skora Running Shoes

ATLANTA - Sept. 25, 2013 - PRLog -- With over 47,000 American servicemen and women injured during recent military conflicts the Wounded Warrior Project provides 18 programs and services which are uniquely structured to nurture the mind and body, and encourage economic empowerment and engagement for these returning heroes.  Sociercise LLC is hosting the Warrior Appreciation Virtual Race on their platform to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project.  As part of this event Sociercise has partnered with Skora (http://www.skorarunning.com) to provide four pairs of Skora's New Fall 2013 FORM Camo Running Shoe to the top male and female performers in the miles completed and the donations raised categories.

The Warrior Appreciation Virtual Race benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project is an opportunity for people around the country to participate using the Sociercise iPhone app and website.  Individuals can join the race and collect pledges for each mile that they complete during the October 1st -7th racing period.  By participating in this virtual charity race people can run or walk as many miles and at any location they want while supporting the Wounded Warrior Project and get an opportunity to win a pair of Skora Running Shoes.
