55 TLDs Sign Registry Agreements

MADISON, Wis. - Oct. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- 8 new contracts for new TLDs have been signed with ICANN, bringing the total number of applicants for new TLDs to sign Regisry Agreements with ICANN to 55.  The latest contracts to be signed were for .buzz, .careers, .ruhr, .shoes, .wed, .pink, .monash and .삼성.

All applicants must pass pre-delegation testing and request and be delegated into the root zone before they can begin the ramp-up phase pursuant to general TLD availability.
