Chandler Unified School District Showcases Unique Approach to School Lunches

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Oct. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Brand Cure, a full service marketing agency located in Scottsdale, Arizona, has teamed up with the nutrition department of Chandler Unified School District (CUSD) to showcase the unique approach that CUSD takes toward the nutrition of its students.

Chandler Unified School District provides the food for all schools in the district through one central kitchen, and takes a fresh, local, and healthy approach. Baked goods are made fresh on the premises, as well as hot items including whole wheat pizzas.

This approach allows CUSD to provide their students with healthy meals that are made with fresh, local ingredients. Students are given a meal that not only meets governmental guidelines, but is appealing to them as well.
