THANE, India - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Our Clients Mr. Gaurav S Tibdewal & Mr. Nitin P. Jogad are the proprietors and applicants for the patent application in respect of ‘System and Method to administer a dental compound into a tooth cavity’, in India under patent application no. 3297/MUM/2013, filed on 21/10/2013, which is the priority date for the application.

Please note that any patent filed after the priority date covering the same or substantially similar invention, shall not have the priority on this invention and consequently shall not have any legal standing, under the provisions of Patents Act, 1970 of India.

The patent application provides a system and method to administer a dental compound into a tooth cavity, wherein the system comprises: a bore-needle; a stylet; and a needle stopper; wherein the bore-needle is an elongated body having a bore with a mouth end and a discharging end; and wherein the stylet is fitted within the bore of the bore-needle through the mouth end of the bore-needle; and wherein the needle stopper is fitted with the bore-needle externally such that the stopper acts as a reference point for a working length such that the portion of bore-needle between the discharging end of the bore-needle and the position of the bore-needle on which the stopper is fitted, shall be placed within a tooth cavity; and wherein the bore-needle is capable of containing and delivering a dental compound capable of condensing within a predefined length of the bore-needle.

We hereby notify publicly and to whomsoever it may concern that in respect of the said application and the invention covered in the application, that any attempt whether successful or unsuccessful to copy, reproduce, use, recreate, import or practice the patent pending invention or any invention substantially similar to the patent pending invention, may be in contravention of law of India, and shall attract suitable legal action on Civil as well as Criminal grounds, including claims of compensation and injunctions.
