Premier Commercial Inc. Announces Transactions for the 2013 Third Quarter

NAPLES, Fla. - Oct. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Premier Commercial Inc. is pleased to announce the following transactions for Lee and Collier counties for the third quarter of 2013.

The HD Litton Company sold a one-story, 7,500 square foot office building located at 9601 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, to an undisclosed buyer for $1,475,000. Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.

Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.  negotiated the sale of Captain Kirk’s Seafood Market in Naples, Florida, to an undisclosed buyer for $375,000.

SA Florida One, LLC sold a one-story, 5,300 square foot office building in the Fountains office park at 3376 Woods Edge Circle in Bonita Springs. The building sold for $421,840. The transaction was represented by Dougall McCorkle and Darren McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc.  on the buyer’s side.

Holmes Kurnik, P.A. leased a 4,108 square foot office space at 711 Fifth Avenue South in Naples, Florida for a law office.  Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the tenant.

Gator Trading leased a 1,010 square foot office space in the Newgate Center at 5150 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, FL Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the tenant.

Branch Banking & Trust Company sold a 37.5 acre parcel of land located at 9740 Wheeler Road, Lehigh Acres, FL to Jiri Kovar for $350,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the seller.

HTCC Ventures, LLC purchased a 2,646 square foot industrial condo at 17341 Alico Center Road Unit C, Fort Myers, from ACM Florida RE, LLC for $80,000. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.

Zing Quality Furniture, Inc. leased an 11,161 square foot retail space at 4515 S Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers. Andrew DeSalvo, MBA and Matt Stepan, CCIM of Premier Commercial, Inc. represented the tenant.

Branch Banking & Trust Company sold 2 office buildings totaling 8,480 square feet at 17179 & 17203 Bonnie Avenue, Port Charlotte, to Silver Frond Investments, LLC and Salvador Santos, respectively, for a total of $310,000.
