Idea Chef Parissa Behnia to Speak at 2013 CEO National Conference

CHICAGO - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Parissa Behnia is a marketing expert who has a passion for practices that allow her to release her creativity, including cooking.  As the Idea Chef for 678 Partners, Parissa analyzes all of the aspects of a business situation as if she were collecting ingredients to make the perfect meal.  After realizing what she has to work with, she starts cooking up a strategy.

After nearly 20 years of corporate marketing work, Parissa’s position at Citigroup was eliminated.  She used this as an opportunity to develop 678 Partners with Amir Homayoun Rafizadeh.  678 Partners works with senior level executives and companies to diagnose problems and develop a strategy to correct the issues they are struggling with.

Although she’s always been entrepreneurial, Parissa didn’t realize that her creativity and need to create more value than what was required of her was a product of being entrepreneurial.  Employers recognized her hard work and unique skills and would put her on projects to utilize her abilities.  Parissa now fully embraces her entrepreneurial nature and is giving back by teaching others about entrepreneurship and how to harness their skills and passion.

2013 CEO National Conference

The 2013 Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization (CEO) National Conference will be held October 31 – November 2^nd in downtown Chicago.  Along with 80 other entrepreneurs and business leaders, Parissa Behnia will be participating in the event that welcomes over 1,000 young entrepreneurs and students annually.

At the CEO National Conference, Parissa Behnia will be co-hosting a panel with Dima Elissa featuring Mahrinah von Schliegel, Coco Meers, and Shreena Amin.  The panel will be focusing on women and minority entrepreneurs in a ‘Meet The Press’ style and will accept questions from attendees.  The panel will explore the realities about female and minority entrepreneurs while providing a positive outlook for young entrepreneurs facing obstacles.
