Divorce Attorney Christina O'Brien Elected to Association of Family Law Professionals Board

The AFLP’s mission is to promote cooperation in matters of family law, including dissolution of marriage, in order to achieve cost-effective resolutions and to maintain emotional stability and necessary family relationships.

O’Brien concentrates her family law practice in matters of dissolution of marriage (divorce), custody, paternity, child support, domestic violence injunctions, post-judgment modifications and dependency issues.

O’Brien serves on the Family Resource Center of Southwest Florida Board of Directors. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Lee County Legal Aid Society. She is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Lee County Bar Association, the Association of Family Law Professionals, and the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers. She is a former member of the Southwest Florida Television Advisory Board. O’Brien is also a member of the Fort Myers Track Club and also volunteers for the Running Club at St. Francis Xavier School.
