Tacher said of the redesign, “The new site is very approachable.  It’s comprehensive in that it states not only what we do to help with the needs of Broward County citizens but it gives a tally of exactly what we’re doing in dollars and cents.”  To date the site states that 228 pallets of food have been purchased for hungry Broward County residents because of Kevin’s Pallets.  That number translates to 159,600 pounds of food and $57,000 in donations.  When all taken together the care extended to area residents who live a life whereby obtaining food for themselves and their families is a hardship, because of Kevin’s Pallets 204,516 hot meals have been provided.

The KevinsPallets.com redesign highlights information about what the LifeNet4Families organization does as well as current news and events for the program and informative videos as well.  Site visitors can also find information about the services that are provided such as Community Kitchen, Emergency Food Pantry and Family Counseling.  Additionally the new Kevin’s Pallets site points to Employment Support and a Live Healthy service as well.  Tacher adds, “To say that it’s our privilege to serve Broward’s homeless population daily is an understatement.”
