Diane O’Brien (http://www.linkedin.com/in/dianeobrien/) brings more than 13 years of experience in increasing sales velocity within high-growth firms and is responsible for the strategic development of ORS’ sales and partner channels programs.  O’Brien became an entrepreneur in 2003, as CEO of her own private search firm, SalesSource Recruiting, where she specialized in six-figure searches. Over her career she has partnered with start-ups and Fortune 100 Companies, including GE Capital, GE Medical, Glaxo-SmithKline, Sonosite, Medtronic, Siemens, Hologic, Merge, E-Med, Naviscan, MarketBridge, Agilent, Kodak, Vaisala, FPL, Solectria, and IBM. In 2004, O’Brien was recognized in the INC Magazine article, “The Ultimate Sales Force,” for her expertise in hiring high commissioned sales and management teams. She has a successful track record of helping her clients drive revenues through human capital acquisitions and by implementing innovative hiring technologies, such as virtual interviewing.

O’Brien became a pioneer in the virtual interviewing space, as early as 2000, and was recognized in 2008 by ABC News for her experience with virtual and video interviewing. One of O’Brien’s clients, who became an early adopter, was able to scale quickly, grew exponentially through virtual hiring, and was later acquired in 2006 by GE Healthcare.  In 2008, O’Brien co-founded NAHBR, National Association of Home Based Recruiters, to mentor women and launch more recruiting entrepreneurs.
