Stacey Greene To Represent St. Kitts and Nevis at the 2014 Miss International Pageant

PHILADELPHIA - Nov. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Stacey Greene will represent the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis at the Miss International Pageant on August 2, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. This is the first time St. Kitts and Nevis will be represented at the Miss International Pageant. Greene holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Business Administration. Greene, a native of St. Kitts and Nevis, currently resides in Philadelphia, PA where she works as an IT Project Manager.

As Miss St. Kitts and Nevis International, Greene will promote her platform, “Dance Moves: Opening the Eyes of Our Youth to the Healing Power of Dance.” She has previously worked with numerous organizations that focus on dance education and self-development, including the Uniquely You Summit, Raise the Bar LLC, Fireflies Dance School, ViVace Teen Academy, and the Children’s Dance Theater.

Greene’s passion for dance is fueled by her personal journey. “Dance has changed my life in a number of ways including opening my eyes to the value of time management as well as the way I connect to things in school. I would not do be doing a service to my community if I did not seek to give back to the art form which has given me so much.” She plans to partner with organizations in St. Kitts and Nevis and the Mid-Atlantic region to promote the benefits of dance education.

The International Pageant System is the premier pageant for young women across the globe between the ages of 19 and 30. The International System sets itself apart by requiring that each contestant actively promote a community service platform of her choice.
