Ware Malcomb Completes Design and Renovation Services for Lexus

PARSIPPANY, N.J. - Dec. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- International design firm Ware Malcomb (http://waremalcomb.com/) is proud to announce that design and construction are now complete for the Lexus Eastern Regional Support Office and Training Center located at 300 Webro Road in Parsippany, New Jersey. Owned by Toyota Motor Sales in Torrance, California, Lexus manufactures luxury vehicles with unprecedented quality, design and safety.

Ware Malcomb provided full service interior design for this 38,000 square foot facility. The complete project included the renovation of 18,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of classrooms and high bay training areas. Lexus will use the training center to educate sales associates and technicians from Northeastern Lexus dealerships. The office will support those dealerships and has adopted forward thinking alternative workplace strategies in the design including a shared work café, town hall, and mobile and resident neighborhoods. Lexus is pursuing LEED platinum certification with the USGBC (United States Green Building Council).
