2014 New Year's Fit Club at The Fitness Factory in Salem, NH

SALEM, N.H. - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Similar to “The Biggest Loser” two teams will compete over a 7 week period to be crowned the winners of the Fit Club Challenge.  The team that has the highest % body weight lost by the end of the program will split the Cash Prize!   Fit Club will include weekly weigh-ins, Fitness and Nutrition Education, Calorie Tracking and Body Fat Testing (done 3x throughout the program).

The cost of this 8 Session program is $120 and will meet each Monday at 7pm from Jan 13^th to March 3^rd.  The last session clients lost an average of 8.75lbs and 3.25 inches off their waist in only 7 weeks!
