COLUMBUS, Ohio - Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Originally from Brazil, Ms. Cericola holds a law degree from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo and an LL.M. in Business Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Fluent in English, Portuguese (native) and Spanish, Ms. Cericola is one of the few Brazilian attorneys in Ohio licensed to practice law both in the United States (Ohio) and Brazil.

Ms. Cericola's practice includes business law, with a focus on immigration and international business transactions, including entity formation, intellectual property, contract negotiation, licenses and regulations both in the U.S. and Brazil.
