NEW YORK - April 9, 2025 - PRLog -- In a stunning exposé set to send shockwaves through the aviation, regulatory, and defense sectors, a powerful new speech titled "Righting the Ship: The Boeing Crisis, the Enemy Within, and the Man Who Can Fix It" lifts the veil on Boeing's ongoing crisis—tracing the collapse of quality and accountability to the very organizations meant to ensure it.

At the heart of this crisis is a name now rising into national prominence: Daryl Guberman, a 40-year Quality Assurance expert and truthsayer. Guberman warns the public: "Fly Airbus—until Boeing rights the ship."

THE SYSTEMIC FAILURE: A TIMELINE OF NEGLIGENCE

1993
– ANSI and ANAB, two U.S. organizations, form the International Accreditation Forum (IAF)—a global web of national and international accreditation bodies equivalent to ANSI-ANAB accreditation operating beyond U.S. accountability. ANSI and ANAB also underwrite IAF and their sister organization ILAC, the lab accreditation body (Australia) , entangling America's quality infrastructure in foreign equivalencies and immunity.

2001–2002 – In the wake of 9/11, Boeing announces mass layoffs (20,000–30,000 jobs) and quietly eliminates supplier inspections via two Supplier Bulletins (April & July 2002). April 2002 supplier bulletin was formed by PRI- Performance Review Institute and Boeing for NADCAP-National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program for special processes heat treatment, welding, and nondestructive testing only to name a few. Boeing also enforced AS9100 compliance on its suppliers via the July 2002 supplier bulletin requiring ANSI-ANAB accreditation, Boeing's own Commercial Airplanes Division would remain uncertified until two decades later. The April-July supplier bulletins state key verbiage 1- reduce if not eliminate redundant inspections, and a reactive approach rather than proactive "if need be" or "If need arises)

2003 – ANSI-ANAB issues "Heads Up 22", expanding their control over aerospace quality without public or congressional scrutiny. This procedure mandated those companies AS9100 certified by ANSI-ANAB can not refuse to be place on the OASIS ONLINE AEROSPACE SUPPLIER INFORMATION SYSTEM. Or refuse to pay database fee or get their certification taken away. The OASIS database is controlled by IAQG – International Aerospace Quality Group which is a member of ANSI-ANAB board and also the IAF.

2009 – The Boeing/ FAA officially integrates ANSI-ANAB into its oversight functions—yet permits Boeing employees to serve as FAA inspectors on Boeing's payroll, inside Boeing facilities. By having full time Boeing/ FAA inspectors which the FAA made them in 2009 able to self-certify their own aircraft their own aircraft technologies like MCAS system which killed 346 people in 2018-2019 Ethiopian & Indonesian crashes.Ongoing – ANSI and ANAB sign a multilateral agreement with China's CNAS, granting foreign certifiers full equivalence with U.S. oversight—raising serious concerns of national security and regulatory capture.

THE ENEMY WITHIN: REGULATORS PAYING THE REGULATED

This is not just a Boeing problem—it is a United States government problem.

Federal agencies including the DOJ, FDA, DHS, FDA, , and Department of Commerce all sit on ANSI's board—and pay ANSI and ANAB membership dues and are customers.

The same organizations that investigate, regulate, and enforce safety are customers of the certifiers responsible for oversight failures.
  • The FDA Not just as a member but also a paying customer. relies on ANSI-ANAB to certify U.S. food systems.
  • The DOJ pays fees to the same body that oversees failed aerospace certifiers. Not just as a member but also a paying customer.
  • The Department of Homeland Security pays ANSI—the very body entangled in foreign equivalency pacts with China. Not just as a member but also a paying customer.

This is not independence. This is a national conflict of interest on a global scale.

THE MAN WHO CAN FIX IT: DARYL GUBERMAN

A longtime critic of ANSI-ANAB-IAF-ILAC corruption, Daryl Guberman has led a decades-long campaign for transparency, accountability, and independent accreditation. With firsthand experience in military, medical, and industrial QA systems, Guberman is one of the few with the credibility—and courage—to lead Boeing back from the brink.

"He's not a dark horse—he's a Clydesdale," the speech proclaims.

Guberman has exposed the hidden architecture of regulatory fraud, including:
  • The 2009 Lockheed F-35 hack, where Chinese interests penetrated U.S. defense systems.
  • The 2012 United Technologies espionage case. Hacked Sikorsky
  • The 2015 Lockheed-Sikorsky deal, greenlit by China's Ministry of Commerce, showing U.S. aerospace entangled in foreign influence.

As a Boeing shareholder himself, Guberman's call to action—"Fly Airbus until Boeing rights the ship"—is not sabotage. It's patriotism.

He advocates Kelly Ortberg as a new voice of leadership inside Boeing—focused on restoring engineering integrity, quality standards, and public trust.

A CALL TO ACTION FOR AMERICA

This isn't just about Boeing. It's about national security, regulatory capture, and who really runs the show.

Guberman's revelations call for:
  • Immediate congressional investigation into ANSI, ANAB, IAF, and ILAC.
  • The removal of federal agency participation from ANSI's board.
  • A new model of independent, transparent quality assurance free from foreign ties and financial conflicts.
