China Grants Medical Device Patent for babyLance™ Safety Heelstick

BEIJING - Jan. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- MediPurpose™, a master distributor and manufacturer of medical products, today announced an addition to its expanding portfolio of lancet patents.

The medical product company was recently granted patent ZL 2009 8 0130958.X for its babyLance™ safety heelstick (http://www.medipurpose.com/babylance) from the State Intellectual Office of the PRC (SIPO) in Beijing, China.

MediPurpose holds numerous international patents that protect its medical device intellectual property (IP), both for babyLance and the SurgiLance™ safety lancet.
