By: The Sister Accord In addition to all of the momentum and positive results being garnered from The Tea Party Program, Jackson Myles is starting to see her dream unfold right before her eyes. “One of my dreams for this program is to have the young ladies who attend my Tea Parties to have job opportunities with my corporate partners. That dream came true last Christmas when one of the TJ Maxx District Managers called to share that he wanted to offer a Holiday job to any of my Cincinnati participants. I was ecstatic!” Jackson Myles adds “It’s one thing to have a dream, it’s just so awesome when others see, believe and support your dream. One of the key Sister Accord’s raison d’etre is creating a pipeline of future leaders for businesses around the globe who understand the importance and power of positive, collaborative relationships. This will assist an enterprise or organization in delivering exceptional results. These are the type of people they will want to hire.” Dr. Monique Gardner-Witherspoon, CEO of Girls, Inc. of Central Alabama and co-sponsor and host, Rosilyn E. Houston, Executive Vice-President, Retail Banking for BBVA Compass were on hand to bring greetings to the attendees.
